We select our retreat locations with great care to combine invigorating workouts with inspiring natural backdrops. During each retreat, we run structured training sessions, which fuse fun with fitness. Sessions vary daily to benefit body strength, improve overall fitness levels and drive self-motivation. The retreats are designed for all levels of fitness and we aim to leave you feeling the most confident and motivated you have ever felt when you depart.
Our retreats are all inclusive from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave and we believe that the small details matter, so expect a friendly welcome and a life changing experience. We do not cut calories or put you through any diets on the retreat, this is an experience and not a bootcamp. You will be pushed during the workouts and feel amazing for it, but you will be very well looked after. All our retreats are catered for by private chefs and you can enjoy locally sourced, healthy meals with the occasional treat thrown in to reward your hard work.
Our retreats also include fun excursions to break up our action-packed experience, we feel it’s important that in tandem with our workouts, we take time to enjoy the places we visit and the spectacular natural scenery they have to offer. Whether it is relaxing in the spa, a gentle walk by the river with not a care in the world or going for a swim, the free time included in the retreats allows you to switch off mentally as well as working on yourself physically.
