We select our retreat locations with great care to combine first-class training sessions with inspiring natural backdrops. During each retreat, we run structured training sessions, which fuse fun with fitness. Sessions vary daily to benefit body strength, improve overall fitness levels and drive self-motivation.

Our retreats are all inclusive from the moment you step off the plane until the moment you step back on and we believe that the small details matter, so expect a friendly welcome and a life changing experience. Our retreats also include fun excursions to break up our action packed experience, we feel it’s important that in tandem with our scheduled training, we take time to enjoy the places we visit and the spectacular natural scenery they have to offer.

The Cairngorm Experience

Renowned for its mountainous landscape and stunning views, the Cairngorms National Park in Scotland is where we are based. During the Cairngorm Experience Retreat you will enjoy a room with mountain views at our stunning lodge with relaxing natural surroundings. This retreat is for all levels of fitness and you can enjoy motivational and fun group training sessions throughout the weekend.

This retreat has something for everyone; the weekend includes hikes to some of Scotland’s most beautiful viewpoints, bootcamp style circuits surrounded by mountains, strength workouts and much more. Our on-site cook will look after you throughout the retreat, preparing tasty meals from locally sourced produce to keep you fuelled for the weekend.  

The retreat is designed for you to feel recharged both physically and mentally when you leave our base in the Cairngorms, Scotland. Our base offers you the perfect chance to switch off and relax, meaning you will not only feel physically amazing but mentally too.

Both prices are all inclusive and we also offer transfers to and from Inverness Airport free of charge. Our base is situated two hours from Edinburgh or

The Algarve Adventure

Best known for its stunning beaches, staggering views and fantastic weather, Portugal’s Algarve is the perfect location for combining invigorating fitness sessions with rest and relaxation.

In the heart of the Algarve, our base is a secluded villa, perfectly located and offering comfortable rooms (single or shared).

Our Algarve adventure is packed with fun and motivational training sessions, including group hikes, circuit training, strength sessions and team workouts, all against the spectacular backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean.

To derive maximum benefit from our workouts, we will work hard but please do not worry, there will also be plenty of time to relax, explore the local town or simply lounge by the pool. Our live-in chef will prepare tasty and healthy meals throughout the retreat.

Iceland is the land of fire and ice. Glaciers, volcanoes, snow-capped mountains and thundering waterfalls provide an awe-inspiring backdrop to our Arctic adventure.

This retreat combines motivational and fun group training sessions with excursions to some of Iceland’s key attractions.

We hike to Reykjavik’s most spectacular viewpoints and enjoy high intensity bodyweight workouts next to cascading waterfalls. We work on core strength training before soothing our muscles in the warm, turquoise waters of the world-renowned Blue Lagoon geothermal spa.

This retreat offers you the chance to push yourself physically but we also relax and immerse ourselves in Iceland’s natural wonders, with excursions to the jaw-dropping Gullfoss waterfall and the otherworldly Strokkur geysers. At night we keep an eye to the skies for the dancing northern lights for which Iceland is famed.

This is a unique landscape providing an unforgettable stage for an unforgettable fitness adventure.
